What it is
The Conselleria de Sanidad updated the Valencian Community vaccination schedule for 2026 (Resolution of 13 March 2026). Main changes: the MenACWY vaccine replaces meningococcus C at 4 and 12 months (from 1 April 2026, for children born from 1 January 2026, and as a booster for infants turning 12 months from that date), with a booster at 12 years; the second dose of the MMRV vaccine (measles, rubella, mumps and chickenpox) can be given between 2 and 4 years; flu vaccine is offered to children aged 6 to 71 months; and men born between 2005 and 2010 and unvaccinated women up to 21 are offered the HPV vaccine, which remains routine at 12.
